One scorecard on top of the warehouse
A weekly report reads one definition of order, revenue, and channel, from the models the warehouse already holds.
The situation
The warehouse was in place, and the Monday meeting still started from an export of each platform. Meta, Google Ads, GA4, and the shop were pasted into one slide.
What we implement
A semantic layer fixes one definition of order, revenue, and channel. The weekly scorecard reads only those models. The collection of each platform stays in the warehouse. This is the report on top of it.
The result
The meeting uses the warehouse number. A channel question goes to the same definition the finance team uses for the order.
